Please remember to bring your confi rmation which you print out of the registration page to the congress venue to pick up your congress kit upon arrival at the registration desk.

Accompanying person can attend a preferable excursion for free out of fi ve paid excursions listed in “Tours” on the next page. Application prior to the tour is necessary by one hour before the tour.
Application is available at Concierge Desk near the registration desk.

Payment Method

Payment must be made in Japanese Yen, by cash or with a credit card at the congress site. Please note that neither personal checks nor any other currencies will be accepted.

Acceptable Credit Card: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB

Abstracts

Abstracts selected for the congress are published in the book of program & abstracts. If you have registered to the congress, you are able to receive one at on site registration desk. If you would like to purchase additional book, you are able to buy at the registration desk for 3,000 yen per copy.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made to the Registration Desk in writing either by e-mail or fax.
The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows:

Cancellations received by June 30, 2011 (JST): Full refund
Cancellations received on or after July 1, 2011 (JST): No refund

Please note that all refunds will be made after the congress.
Transfer costs for cancellation refunds will also be applied to participants.
