Announcement Regarding Postponement

 Dear Colleagues,

As we had advertised, IRS/ISIAN 2011 was scheduled to be held in Tokyo, Japan from April 6 to 9, 2011. However, the congress has been officially postponed on ground of the tragedy and aftermath caused by “ the Great East Japan Earthquake”.
The whole Japanese nation commits to reconstruction from the tremondous disaster.
The risk of radioactive contamination caused by the nuclear power plant accident in Fukushima is gradually improving.
On the basis of above conditions, we have decided the new schedule of IRS/ISIAN 2011 from September 20 to 23, 2011. It is highly appreciated if you all actively participate in the newly scheduled IRS/ISIAN 2011.
We believe that the meeting will provide participants with both a forum for active scientific exchange and an opportunity to promote future scientific cooperation and friendship. Your involvement would certainly contribute to the overall success of the events. We are doing our best to successfully hold IRS/ISIAN 2011 in September.
We look forward to your presence in this occasion.

 Sincerely yours,

 Hiroshi Moriyama, MD
 President of IRS/ISIAN 2011
